For many people who have extended health care benefits, an invoice is provided to you after payment that you can then submit to your benefit provider for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy:

There is no charge for cancelled appointments when 24 hours notice is given.

There are of course occurrences where it is out of anyone’s control, there is a grace period of one missed/cancelled appointment, with notification. Please respect your Therapists time, by calling/e-mailing if you cannot make an appointment. There are other people who can utilize that appointment time.

If you are redeeming a Gift Certificate the above policy remains in effect.
